My last NDR was 2 years ago. Since then, COVID-19 has changed the world.
I want to especially thank all those on the frontline, Singaporeans and non-Singaporeans, who have fought so hard, for so long.
Now, with 8 in 10 residents fully vaccinated, we are in a new situation. With vaccination and added precautions, we can live with the virus and become “COVID resilient”. If we all do our part, we can keep our situation stable and return to a more normal life.
